| Q1) Does the 79 Passkey works with 79FL drives? |
| R.- Yes, will work the same way as the 79FK because has same firmware. |
| Q2) I have double checked installation but led does not turn on |
| R.- Double check installation, also try if drive ejects fine with passkey installed, if not eject then is an installation issue. If drive ejects fine but still not blue led, try using slax to put the drive in Modeb and try to finish flashing that way. |
| Q3) The led turns on but after 2 seconds it turns off !!! |
| R.- Yes, that is the normal behaviour, congratulations your installation is ok and your drive is in modeb. |
| Q4) I have finished flashing ok, How I can disable the passkey? |
| R.- If you finished flashing ok, then there is no need to disable passkey, the device will detect that your drive is flashed and will not put it on modeb again so you can leave it on. If you by any other reason want to disable you can bridge with solder the jumper labeled "J1" on first boards it was labeled "TST", a small drop of solder do the trick. |
